1. Terms

By accessing this website and purchasing products or services from Blue Line K-9 and its related entities, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS, YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING OR ACCESSING THIS SITE OR PURCHASING ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES MADE AVAILABLE BY BLUE LINE K-9 AND ITS RELATED ENTITIES.

In no event shall Blue Line K-9 be liable for damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials or services, including loss of data or profit, even if Blue Line K-9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13.2 Payment Authorization

By providing payment information, you authorize Blue Line K-9 to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.

13.3 Subscriptions

Some services are offered on a subscription basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription if you do not wish to continue.

13.4 Billing

You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, or as otherwise specified) depending on the subscription type you select.

13.5 Refund Policy

At Blue Line K-9, we aim to make every new customer's experience a positive one. Therefore, we offer a full refund within thirty (30) days of initial sign-up or purchase, no questions asked. If you wish to cancel your plan or request a refund, simply contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of sign-up or purchase.

All payments made thereafter are non-refundable, except as otherwise stated or required by law. Refunds beyond the 30-day period are provided at Blue Line K-9's sole discretion and must be requested within any specified refund period (if applicable) for the product or service purchased.

13.6 Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, including sales, use, or value-added taxes, associated with your purchase.

13.7 Payment Delinquency

If payment is not received or if a charge is declined, Blue Line K-9 may suspend or terminate your access to services until payment is received.
