Drop-In Visits
We let your dog out to potty, handle food and fresh water, hand out love and playtime, give meds if needed, and take them back out before we leave. Want a walk instead? Just ask.
The same folks you trust to train your dog can now look after the whole crew. Drop-in visits in JoCo, Katy, and Miami, plus overnight care in JoCo, all with the love and zero judgment you already know.
Tell us your dog's routine and we'll keep it going. Here's what we can cover while you're away.

Part of any drop-in visit: a potty break, a good walk, some playtime, and a calm wind-down before we head out. We top off the water bowl on the way.
Your dog stays overnight with our team. Mornings start with a potty break and breakfast, out and about when we're around, dinner in the late afternoon, last call around nine, then couch snuggles and a little ball.
Cats get a clean litter box, fresh food and water, and play if they're in the mood. Have exotics or farm animals? We feed, water, and freshen up bedding too.
While we're there we bring in the mail, water the plants, flip lights on and off, and open or close the blinds. Your place stays looking lived-in.
Most overnight guests are kennel-trained, and we only take one kennel-free guest at a time so everybody gets real attention. Your dog's normal day stays normal.
Handing a stranger your house key is a big deal. Here is exactly who is walking through your door and how we handle it.
We are a real business with real coverage, not a neighbor doing you a favor. Our team is pet CPR and first aid certified.
Every sitter is background checked, and they shadow us on real visits before they ever go to your home alone.
Two of us are assigned to your home, and every team member comes to your meet and greet. If your regular sitter is booked, your pets still get a familiar face.
A clean bowl is not proof that everybody is okay. We lay eyes on every animal, every visit, even the ones who hide.
If something spills, breaks, or just seems off, you get a text right then. Never a surprise waiting for you when you land.
We build the schedule around your pet's routine and give you a window rather than a promise we cannot keep. Running late? You hear from us before you notice.
Pet care is our newest addition. Drop-in visits are available in JoCo, Katy, and Miami, and our JoCo location also offers overnight care.
Straight answers from Amanda and Cassie, who run our pet care team.
At Blue Line K-9 we are licensed, insured, and pet CPR and first aid certified. Every sitter is background checked and shadows us on real visits before they ever go to a home on their own, and they have us on the phone the whole time they are with your pets. That is the difference between hiring a business and hoping a friend or a neighbor remembers. We show up. Every time.
That is the goal, and usually the answer is yes. We assign two sitters to every home so there is always a backup, and homes that need several visits a day get three. Every one of them comes to your meet and greet, so your pets already know them. If your regular sitter is booked, you still get care and your dog still gets a familiar face.
We feed on your pet's normal schedule, put out fresh water, handle potty breaks, walks, and playtime, give medications if they are needed, scoop litter, change bedding, and clean up anything that gets made along the way. We also bring in your mail, take the trash to the road, water the plants, and work the lights and blinds so the house looks lived in while you are gone. You come home to your house exactly the way you left it.
Yes, if that is what your dog is used to. Some families want a full walk, some have a fenced yard and just want a let-out and a game of ball, and some dogs would rather have twenty minutes on the couch. We follow the routine you already have so your dog does not miss a beat. We set all of it at the meet and greet.
Yes. We administer medications on schedule as part of a normal visit. Walk us through it at the meet and greet and we will keep it exactly the way you do it.
We are dog trainers first, so reactive dogs and nervous animals are familiar ground. With a scared pet we are patient and let them come to us instead of forcing it. Your cat does not have to come out and love us. But we do lay eyes on every animal at least once a visit, even the hiders, because a clean bowl is not proof that everybody is okay. Call it a wellness check. We once found a cat shut in a room who would have gone the whole weekend without food or water if nobody had looked. We are not going through your things, and if there are rooms you would rather we stayed out of, just tell us. We only want to know your pets are safe before we lock up.
It depends on your dog, and our JoCo team offers both. Some dogs do great with overnight care. Others are happier in their own house, in their own bed, on their own schedule, especially seniors, anxious dogs, and dogs who do not settle in a kennel. Tell us about your dog and we will tell you honestly which one we would pick.
That comes down to your dog and the routine you already keep. Some families book two visits a day, some book three, and some book six. We build the schedule around your pet instead of ours. Tell us how your day normally runs and we will match it.
At least once every day. And if anything changes, you hear about it in the moment rather than in a summary when you get back.
We give you an arrival window rather than an exact time, because traffic and other homes happen. If we are running late, you get a text before you notice. And if something is off with your pet, you hear about it while we are standing there. One of our cats stopped coming down to eat during a week of thunderstorms. We texted her owner that day, tried the backup she suggested, and texted again when it still did not work. That is the whole approach. You should never come home to news.
No. Only your assigned sitter goes inside, and that is not a preference, it is the rule. Anyone who is not covered by our insurance has no business in your house. If a sitter has someone riding along that day, they stay in the car, and you are told before it happens. Same when a new team member is shadowing us: you get a heads-up first, so an extra car in your driveway is never something you have to wonder about.
You hear about it immediately, by text or a phone call. That goes for anything we find, not just anything we cause. If your dog got into the trash, ate a roll of toilet paper, or knocked something off a shelf, we tell you and we clean it up.
We price per visit, not per head. If letting all three of your dogs into the back yard is all it takes, that is one visit, not three. What moves the price is time and work, so dogs who need separate walks or a longer visit cost a little more, and cats, birds, and small critters cost less than dogs. If you book several visits a day we put you on a package rate, which brings the per-visit price down. Tell us your pets and your dates and we will send you a straight number.
Tell us about your pets and your dates, and we'll let you know what we can cover. No pressure, just a friendly plan.
